We’ll bring your team on board, create the conversational experience(s), construct and train the NLP model, execute user acceptability testing, and launch your bot in 2-3 months!

Bot training and maintenance

Full-service | 1-5 days per month

Launching your bot is simply the first step. A chatbot requires a lot of TLC in order to provide ongoing additional value. We’ll agree on a monthly amount of hours for training, maintaining, and optimizing your bot based on the size of your bot and your goals. You’ll be assigned a dedicated Campfire PM who will manage the bot’s live and staging versions, assist you in prioritizing your backlog of change requests, bring in expert profiles to give recommendations and provide a monthly status report for your management to review.
